This is the "Globe Theatre" in London, associated with William Shakespeare. His famous plays were perfomed there. It was built in 1599 and destroyed by fire in 1613. It was built again in 1614. A modern reconstruction of it called the "Shakespeare's Globe" opened in 1997 near the original site.
