This is a song from a 1938 musical called “Little Miss Broadway” starring Shirley Temple, the wonder child of cinema at the time.

I love listening to it when things turn out bad in life. It always cheers me up and makes me feel more optimistic. Remember that it is all right to feel sad a little now and then, we can’t be happy all the time.
